Installée depuis fin 2018, je compte aujourd'hui un troupeau de 70 chèvres alpines. Je pratique un élevage extensif au cœur des coteaux du Jurançon, mes chèvres pâtures et gambades dans les bois autour de la ferme.
Je transforme leur bon lait en différents fromages et produits frais (faisselles, crottins, briques, tommes etc.).
