Siamo una piccola azienda familiare di Casalattico, paesino situato sulle montagne della Valle Comino , l'azienda si trova a un altezza di 900 m.
Gli animali vengono allevati nei pascoli naturali e vengono ricoverati di stalla solo di notte e per la mungitura, l'azienda è in conversione biologica, mancano pochi mese per la certificazione .
